Thank you for downloading this release of the Jvw InstantHelper^TM 1.0. Jvw InstantHelper is used for 1 to many communication.

The Jvw InstantHelper is useful for Webmasters who want to communicate with the visitors of their website and want live help for sales, customer service or support. Jvw InstantHelper helps to increase sales, cut costs, and improve customer service.
Jvw InstantHelper is made using Asp/Xml and Visual Basic 6.0.

Note : Jvw InstantHelper is made in Asp/Xml and Visual Basic 6.0 and will require Internet explorer 5.5 or higher

Total Files : 11 files(Include Exe, Web pages, Images, Sound files)

Admin Environment Will include Chatter.exe, chat.htm

Client Environment Will include chatchoose.asp, chat1.htm

Other files Other files include sound files alert.wav & oops.wav, image file-contact.jpg and a Readme.txt

Help Help files include readme.html, readme.txt, readme.chm + a faq.html for users as well as admin.

Source Code The source code is not included with the general package ; There are additional charges for the source code.
